Verardi family, masters of hospitality

Gino Verardi is the face and the soul of “Centosedici”; but only with his wife Enza and sons Daniele and Simone, his restaurant became the symbol of the city’s hospitality. They do not only give a warm welcome, but provide all guests of the restaurant with advices and hints about dishes, as well as the territory.

Enza’s soul lies in the kitchen: she personally picked the main ingredients of each dish, such as local vegetables, fresh fish, extra virgin olive oil DOP. Their children grew up in the restaurant and now are of a great help to their parents, especially in terms of organisation of events and degustations.
“Our family has rural roots, catering arrived later: knowledge of raw materials, as well as our love towards this territory are expressed in each of our dishes ”.
